Each season, Shop AOC will collaborate with an artist whose work is thought-provoking, inspiring, and tells a story of community. We look for artists throughout NY-14 and the country, and no matter where these creatives hail from, they have one thing in common: their work imagines a more equitable world for all.
An artist, designer, and creative director, Erwin has focused on doing work that fosters empathy and inclusivity across disciplines. He uses design to examine and reflect tensions within the current cultural landscape. Future Is Color is Erwin's independent studio, where he looks to create artifacts that reveal the nuanced and universally impactful stories of Black & Brown People while also creating space for conversation.
Our "Abolish ICE" tee was illustrated by Queens-based artist Jeff Deng. His work is primarily inspired by his experiences as an Asian American, things he has read, and conversations he’s had with his friends. Jeff's recent projects have come alive in many art forms, including illustration and animation, and he has been exhibited throughout the city. When he is not creating art, he can be seen riding his bike around the boroughs.
Lo Harris is a Brooklyn-based illustrator and animator who champions vibrance, confidence and joy. Through the use of bright colors, strong figures, and relational compositions, she creates celebratory work that promotes visions of a more just and kind world.
Each article of Shop AOC merch signifies solidarity with the movement for a more equitable society for everyone, everywhere. 100% of the profits generated fund Team AOC’s efforts to uplift vulnerable communities, support grassroots community organizations, and fight for systemic change in NY-14 and the USA.
